The JS Construction team was honored to contribute to the Porsche Design Tower Miami, a 60-story luxury residential skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This architectural masterpiece features a unique robotic parking system, the “Dezervator,” allowing residents to park vehicles adjacent to their units. Our team employed advanced construction techniques to realize the tower’s innovative cylindrical design and integrate high-end amenities, including private sky garages and in-unit pools.
